• Any delivery dates provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., to the USA), the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 2 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy is governed by our Refund Policy.

• Return Shipping Costs: You acknowledge and agree that all costs associated with returning an item are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

• International Returns: When returning items from outside the European Union, you must mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS". We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred due to incorrect labeling by the customer; such charges may be deducted from your refund.

E-Comfort does not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall E-Comfort, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
