Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
The item(s) must be in original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
The item(s) must be unused and undamaged.
The item(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact us at andrii.pylypenko.lt@gmail.com to request a return authorization number (RA).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the following address:
We will process your return within 10 business days of receiving it. Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
